WELCOME

THROUGHOUT MY LIFE I have always wanted to entertain people.  Since I was in Third Grade I’ve wanted to be a computer animator.  Inspired by films such as Jurassic Park and Terminator 2:  Judgment Day, I realized what I really wanted to do was help people to forget their problems in their everyday life for maybe just a few minutes by putting them someplace they’ve never been.  I came to Ferris State University to pursue this dream and, in the process, learned many invaluable skills in writing, directing, and producing my own videos and dabbling in compositing and animation.

Furthermore, in the middle of my academic career at Ferris State University, I came across another area I never thought I would have the courage to go through with:  music.  Since January of 2007, I have been writing, producing, and promoting my own songs through demos that I’ve recorded and playing live shows whenever and wherever I can.

Both aspects of my creative edge and will to entertain can be found in this web site.  I hope you enjoy what you see AND hear as you take a JOURNEY INTO THE MIND of me: Nick Blohm.
